Welcome to Mysterious. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at mysterioustees.com and any purchases you make with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Mysterious is owned and operated from Pennsylvania, United States. References to "we", "us", "our" and "Mysterious" throughout this document refer to Mysterious. References to "you" and "your" refer to you, the customer.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our website and placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a resident of the United States
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Mysterious offers a curated menswear collection built around tees and lowers, released in small, limited chapters. Every piece is developed for premium fabric, fit, and construction.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, textures and sizing. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our collection at any time without prior notice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order on mysterioustees.com, you are making an offer to purchase. Mysterious reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your payment will be honored by your card issuer or payment provider

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available at checkout, all processed securely through Shopify's payment system.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Mysterious currently ships within the United States only. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Each piece is prepared and shipped with care rather than mass-warehoused, which is why estimated delivery is 6–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at all times.

Free shipping is offered on all US orders with no minimum spend required.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love every Mysterious piece. You may request a return or refund within 180 days of your order's delivery date. For misprinted items, damaged products, defective items, or lost packages, please submit your claim within 7 days of delivery to allow for faster investigation and resolution.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- We do not accept items that are worn, stained, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery
- You must contact us through our Contact page with your order number, photos or videos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before receiving approval — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We aim to review and respond to all requests within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) return service.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while still in review, before production has started. To cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once production has begun, your order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on mysterioustees.com — including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product descriptions, images, graphics, text and design — is the property of Mysterious and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Mysterious's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Post or submit false, misleading or defamatory content
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Mysterious or any third party

Use of any third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mysterious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mysterious makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content on our website.
